This project is part of the development of the EXFACT model, which belongs to the EXCOM-EXLA family of models and aims to optimally disaggregate and make feasible the cleared schedules of each UGH in the energy market and secondary regulation band. Specifically, the goal of this project is to adapt the tool to work with quarter-hourly schedules instead of hourly time periods.
